This page outlines the process for BuckChat clients to request the deletion of their data:

  • Click on Submit a ticket from the Support portal page
  • Enter your email address in the Email field
  • Fill in the Subject field
  • Click on the "Account/Data deletion" option in the Issue Type field
  • Click on the "Submit" button.

Once you have submitted your request, a support team member will review your request within 72 hours, and delete the data from your account.

What data can we delete?

We will delete all Personal Identifiable Information related to you, including:

  • Username
  • Email address
  • Address
  • Phone Number
